The Parr Organization prepared the master plan and the PDD in order to design a plan for reutilization of the 800-acre form Central Islip State Hospital property.  This plan has lead to the reuse of the property for a Technical College, two large courthouses, a 450-unit Townhouse community and a 128-acre industrial park.  The master plan also formed the foundation of the adoption of the economic development zone (“EDZ”) in Central Islip by the Town of Islip and State of New York.

A 100 Unit Townhouse Community in North Babylon known as Woods Edge and A 52 Single-Family Home Development in Nesconset, New York, known as Windwood Oaks.
